If you would like to speak on a topic being discussed at a Scrutiny Committee, please feel free to complete and submit this form.

Please be aware, that this form will allow you to register to speak on one item that is on the Agenda of the relevant Scrutiny Committee. Should you wish to speak on any other Agenda Item, please submit another application form.

Forms should be submitted, no later than 17:00 three clear working days prior to and not including the meeting day. For example, if the meeting falls on a Tuesday, requests to speak should be received by 17.00 on the preceding Wednesday.
